Here at BPC we believe in reaching out both locally and globally. The heartbeat of God has and always will be to spread the Gospel to a world that needs to hear that we have hope and a purpose. We currently have 6 global workers that we are supporting, along with 3 others here in Alberta. We encourage you to take a moment to find out more about them below. Tanzania Pastor's Resource Centre
Tanzania pastors resource center is a ministry we have set up for our conferences and church building projects in Tanzania. Since 2008 we have had over 2000 pastors and church leaders in attendance in a total of 15 conferences & have helped Tanzanian churches in 16 building projects.

Romania -Extended Hands Ministry - Albert & Elvira Enns
Extended Hands Ministries was founded by Albert & Elvira Enns in August of 1996.
Albert, a Carman (MB) native met Elvira, a Morden (MB) native at Manhatten Beach Camp. He received the call to go to Romania in July 1996 and shortly after, the mission was established. And by fall of that year, they went to answer His call to work in Romania. Elvira’s nurse training provides a source of medical care to their community in conjunction with the local doctor. She maintains a network of contacts with various organizations and individuals to source medical supplies in the supply-scarce environment.
The ministry works with the gypsies of Romania providing a Bible School “to develop fundamental foundational teaching for them so that they would be better equipped to reach their people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Ethiopia - Jeremy & Teressa Feller
Location: Ethiopia, Africa
Mission: Since 2003 he and his wife, Teresa, have been serving in Ethiopia. He works in training and releasing church planters, discipling young leaders, Bible college ministry, and on the leadership team of Addis Christian Life Assembly in Addis Ababa. Jeremy was recently appointed to serve as the Africa Regional Director.
From the foundation they have developed in Ethiopia, he seeks to expand the kingdom and see the transforming gospel of Jesus Christ expand into the unreached portions of Africa that have yet to be engaged by the gospel, with a particular focus on North and West Africa.

Mission of Mercy Canada is a Christian organization which exists to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of the hurting children and adults of north east India by feeding, housing, educating and providing health and wellness care.
The McComb Family -Hospitality House - Ottawa
Partner with Colin and Gail McComb in reaching the nations through faithful Gospel ministry in Canada’s capital city.
Colin and Gail share the Gospel through Hospitality House, a local missions ministry in Ottawa with far-reaching global impact. Located minutes from campus, Hospitality House welcomes international students from around the world, many from countries where the Gospel is rarely heard or openly shared.
Hospitality House is built around a simple but intentional rhythm of life: regular shared meals, Bible studies and Alpha courses, ESL support, church involvement, and everyday friendship. Students are welcomed into a Christian home, invited into Scripture, and included in life through holiday meals, Christmas outreach, camping and boating trips, and other shared experiences that build trust and open the door to Gospel conversations.
For many, Hospitality House is the first place they hear the Gospel clearly and see it lived out. For some, this is where they begin to follow Jesus. The fruit of this ministry is both local and global. Some students return home as ambassadors for Christ, carrying the hope of the Gospel into families, communities, and nations around the world. Others remain in Canada, becoming rooted in local churches and serving as everyday witnesses to Christ in their workplaces, neighbourhoods, and communities.
In both cases, lives changed in Ottawa continue to bear lasting Gospel fruit.Hospitality House is more than a home; it is a launching pad for the Gospel. What begins around a dinner table in Ottawa can shape lives, churches, and communities for generations.

Nice, France - Sherri Hufnagel - Church Cafe
Sherri grew up in West Africa as a missionary kid. After earning a BEd at the U of A, she spent her first 4 years as a missionary teacher overseas before moving to Edson, Alberta in 2014 to teach at what is now YCS.
In January 2024, she moved back into missions, this time to the south of France to co-manage an outreach café connected to a local evangelical church. As a non-profit, Atelier Alfred is staffed by part-time volunteers and two full-time managers who are both partially supported by donors and partially by the café.
The café was founded in 2020 and exists as a space for local Christians to connect with and serve the community around them. With over 1200 subscribers to the café's monthly newsletters, Sherri & her co-manager lead the volunteer teams and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the café and workshops as well as running bi-monthly events.
They seek to build relationships over the long-term and to be ‘always prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks the reason for the hope that [we] have.' - 1 Peter 3:15 NIV The prayer and financial support of many in Alberta and elsewhere enable Sherri to persevere in this mission. Vanguard College
Vanguard College was founded in 1946, known as Canadian Northwest Bible Institute (CNBI), the vision of D.N. Buntain; the first class enrolled forty students and employed six part-time staff. Classes were held in the original Central Pentecostal Tabernacle building in Edmonton, located on 108 Street. The only program available at that time was a three year Bible diploma program.
CNBI was renamed Northwest Bible College (NBC) in 1965. The college continued to use the facilities of Central Pentecostal Tabernacle when they relocated to 116 St and 106 Ave until 2004 when Northwest Bible College became Vanguard College and purchase a facility of its own, the beautifully restored H.A. Gray School on 121 Ave and 103 St.

SonRise Camp
SonRise Pentecostal Camp is organized by PAOC Churches in Western Alberta. This is a family camp with services for adults, youth, children and pre-school. The camp is located on Lac St. Anne close to Alberta Beach, Alberta
We use Sunset Point Christian Camp facilities. There are dorms, cabins and trailer spots for rent and meals may be purchased in the Dining Room.
