The Source of All Love
Reading: 1 John 4:7-13; Exodus 34:6-7
Before Jesus was born in Bethlehem, before the world began, God was love. This isn't merely something God does—it's who He is at His very core. The Lord declared Himself to Moses as "the God of compassion and mercy, slow to anger and filled with unfailing love." This Christmas season, pause to consider that every act of love you've ever experienced originates from God's heart. When you feel unloved or forgotten, remember that God's love for you isn't based on your performance or worthiness. His love is everlasting and unfailing. Today, sit quietly and let this truth wash over you: the Creator of the universe loves you with a love that will never diminish, never fade, and never give up on you.
