Grace That Transforms Our Hearts
Reading: Romans 5:6-8
God demonstrated His love by sending Christ to die for us "while we were still sinners." He didn't wait for us to clean up our lives or prove ourselves worthy. This scandalous grace should fundamentally change how we see ourselves and others. When you truly grasp that God loved you at your worst, judgment toward others begins to melt away. You realize everyone around you is on the same journey—recipients of undeserved kindness. God's grace is the great equalizer. Today, consider someone you've been holding at arm's length or judging harshly. Remember that Christ died for them with the same love He showed you. Let God's grace toward you overflow into grace toward them.
