Day 1 of Unified in Belief

Rooted in Truth

Reading: Deuteronomy 6:6-9; 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Just as an electrician must constantly refer back to the code book, we must continually return to God's Word as our ultimate authority. The Bible isn't meant to be memorized perfectly, but to be our constant companion and guide. When disagreements arise or confusion clouds our thinking, the question "What does the Bible say?" becomes our anchor. God's Word is living and active, capable of guiding every decision, every relationship, and every belief. Today, consider one area where you've been operating on assumption rather than biblical truth. Take time to search the Scriptures and let God's Word illuminate your path. Familiarity with God's truth doesn't make us superior—it makes us humble servants equipped to love better.

Reflection Question: How often do I consult Scripture when making decisions or forming opinions?
