Love Makes Us Shine
Reading: Matthew 5:14-16
Jesus called His followers the light of the world—a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. Our good deeds aren't meant to earn salvation but to point others to our Heavenly Father. Like a lighthouse that doesn't shout but simply shines, we're called to let God's love illuminate the darkness around us. A lighthouse doesn't condemn the ships struggling in the storm; it provides guidance to safety. Similarly, people caught in life's messes don't need our judgment—they need our light. When we live unified in love, we become a beacon of hope that draws people to Jesus. Let your actions shine so brightly today that others see Jesus in you and are drawn to Him.
