Day 3 of From Death to Resurrection

The Empty Tomb

Reading
: 1 Corinthians 15:1-20

"If Christ has not been raised, then all our preaching is useless and your faith is useless." Paul stakes everything on the resurrection because everything depends on it. The empty tomb changes everything—it validates Jesus' claims, confirms our forgiveness, and guarantees our future. This isn't just historical fact; it's personal hope. Because Jesus conquered death, death no longer has the final word over you. The resurrection means your struggles aren't meaningless, your faith isn't foolish, and your future isn't uncertain. Jesus demonstrated what He promised—life after death, victory after defeat, joy after sorrow. The tomb is empty, which means your life can be full.

Reflection Question: How does the reality of the resurrection change how you face today's challenges?
