Day 1 of Finding Love in the Right Place

Seen in Your Suffering

Reading
: Genesis 29:16-20, 31-32; Psalm 34:15-18

Leah's story begins in rejection. While her sister Rachel captured Jacob's heart, Leah remained overlooked, defined by what she lacked rather than who she was. Yet Scripture tells us, "When the Lord saw that Leah was not loved, he enabled her to conceive." God sees what others miss. He notices the quiet pain you carry, the rejection you've endured, the loneliness that follows you into crowded rooms. When Leah named her first son Reuben, meaning "the Lord has seen my misery," she testified to a profound truth: God's awareness of our suffering is the first step toward healing. Your pain is not invisible to Him. He sees you completely, loves you fully, and is already at work in circumstances that feel hopeless.
