Redeemed to Worship
Reading: Colossians 3:12-17
"If you've been forgiven and if you've been redeemed, sing this song forever to the Lamb." Gratitude fuels genuine worship. New believers often display contagious enthusiasm because they vividly remember life before Christ. But familiarity can dull our wonder. When did you last reflect on what Jesus saved you from? Not just hell's punishment, but emptiness, purposelessness, shame, and separation from God. He filled the void nothing else could satisfy. Let this truth sink deep: you were dead, and He made you alive. You were enslaved, and He set you free. You were condemned, and He declared you righteous. When Christ's message fills your life richly, worship flows naturally. Don't let routine rob you of wonder.
Reflection: Take time to remember your testimony. How has Jesus transformed your life? Thank Him specifically.
