Day 2 of Breakfast on the Beach
Relationship Before Performance
Reading: Luke 15:11-24
Jesus prepared breakfast for disciples who had abandoned their calling to return to fishing. He didn't demand explanations or dish out consequences first—He offered fellowship. Like the father running to embrace the prodigal son, Jesus prioritizes relationship over performance. You don't have to clean yourself up before coming to Him. He invites you to the table just as you are. His love isn't conditional on your productivity or perfection. Before He gives you tasks, He gives you Himself. Today, spend time simply being with Jesus—not asking for things, not confessing a list of failures, just sitting in His presence and receiving His unconditional love.
