Day 1 of Walking in the Holy Spirit's Power and Love
The Legacy of God's House
Reading: Genesis 28:10-22; John 14:1-7
Jacob named the place Bethel—"house of God"—after encountering God's presence. Just as Jacob discovered God met him in an unexpected place, God desires to meet you right where you are. Your church, your home, your heart can become a Bethel, a dwelling place for God's presence. The Lord is doing something new while honoring the rich spiritual heritage you carry. He's not asking you to abandon what He's built in the past, but to bring forward the treasures as you step into new destiny. What spiritual legacy are you carrying? What new thing is God calling you toward? Today, ask the Father to show you both the treasures to preserve and the new ground to take.
