The Foundation of Humility
Reading: Philippians 2:3-11
True strength is found not in asserting dominance but in choosing humility. Paul directs us to the ultimate example—Christ Jesus, who humbled Himself to the point of death on a cross. Whether you're beginning a new chapter as a graduate entering the workforce or a father guiding your family, humility positions you to serve effectively. Consider where you have opportunities to lift others up rather than elevate yourself. When you gain knowledge, experience, or authority, resist the temptation to lord it over those behind you. Instead, become the helper you once needed. Humility isn't weakness; it's the posture that allows God's strength to work through you most powerfully.
