Day 1 of Living in the In-Between

The Promise That Sustains Us

Reading
:  Acts 1:4-5; John 14:15-17

God's promises are not empty words—they are anchored in His unchanging character. Just as Jesus reminded the disciples of the Holy Spirit He had already promised, God reminds us of His faithfulness. In seasons of waiting, we can feel forgotten or abandoned, but the gap between promise and fulfillment doesn't mean God has moved on. Like a seed planted in soil, invisible growth is happening beneath the surface. Your waiting is not wasted time; it's preparation time. God is working even when you cannot see it. Trust that what He has spoken over your life will come to pass. His timing is perfect, and His promises are sure. Rest in the confidence that the God who promised is faithful to complete what He began.
