Day 3 of Standing Strong in the Storm

Refueling in God's Word

Reading
:   Psalm 119:25-32

For two weeks, Paul's crew ate nothing—anxiety had stolen their appetite and strength. Sometimes we need physical nourishment, but we always need spiritual fuel. David wrote, "I weep with sorrow; encourage me by your word." God's Word is our Holy Ghost filling station. When life depletes us, Scripture revives our spirits and renews our minds. We cannot fight battles on empty tanks. Today, don't just read the Bible—feast on it. Find one verse that strengthens you and meditate on it throughout the day. Let truth replace worry. Like Paul breaking bread before the fearful crew, sometimes the most powerful witness is simply showing others where you find strength. Prioritize time in God's presence—you're too busy not to pray.
